We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase, so Fenty Beauty offers free returns within 30 days of purchase for all products in new or gently used condition. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and certain promotional items may be final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid USPS return shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, include the return packing slip, and affix the prepaid label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized USPS location and keep your tracking number; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
